The PIERO series is an investigation of the interplay of colours, materials and form.

The edgy brass shape frames the plexiglass, the colours and the light, and reflects the light warmly. The shape of the brass frame combined with the shapes of the plexiglass creates a complex geometrical composition.

The brass is hand polished to a  soft criss-cross pattern.

The plexiglass has different translucencies from opaque to transparent. Where more layers of plexiglass meet new colours appear.

There are two PIERO sconces. PIERO 70 cm and PIERO 60 cm
